READY AI in Sport Course!
In 2024, enroll in our brand new intro level course (2.5 hours total) and get READY to understand, navigate, and use AI in your life and sport!
About this course
AI seems to be everywhere. Not a day goes by now without it being mentioned in the news, on a LinkedIn post, or among friends.
But where did AI come from, and how has it evolved over the years? What can AI actually do, and how is it being used in sport?
In this beginner-level course (2.5 hours total), you'll learn the origins, types, and applications of artificial intelligence. We’ll also analyze some of the controversy and risks so that you know what to look out for if you decide to delve further in. You'll then get introduced to diverse examples of how AI is currently being applied in sport, with a dedicated focus on AI's potential for women's sport.
Although we'll cover a lot of ground, don't worry, you don't need any prior specialist knowledge to take part. And rest assured, you’re in excellent hands with expert insights from:
Kahlia Hogg, Computer Science and AI Candidate at Duke University.
Nancy Hensley, Founder Member at Mercury13, former IBM and Statsperform.
Jacqueline Comer, Founder and Chief Product at Areto Labs.
Sadaf Tayebi, READY Young Talent, Chelsea FC.
